Document under review by counsel — last updated 2026-05-18

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Parent Companion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you are accessing the service on behalf of a clinic or healthcare organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. These terms are subject to change; we will notify registered users of material changes with at least 30 days' notice.

Permitted use

Parent Companion is intended for use by registered healthcare professionals, their clinic organisations, and the families of children who have undergone a clinical assessment. The platform is a support tool and does not constitute medical advice. Clinicians remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and for the accuracy of information uploaded to the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parent Companion's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees paid by the relevant clinic in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Full liability terms, acceptable-use provisions, and governing law (Irish law, courts of Dublin) will appear in the final version of this document once reviewed by counsel.
