Who we are
Parent Companion is a clinical companion platform designed to help parents and families navigate their child's assessment report. We process all personal data exclusively within the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.
Data we collect and why
We collect data necessary to provide the service, including account information, clinical report content uploaded by your clinic, and usage data to improve the platform. We act as a data processor on behalf of your clinic (the data controller) for clinical data, and as a controller for account and usage data. No data is transferred outside the EEA. All data at rest is encrypted using customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK).
Your rights
Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the right to access, correct, erase, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise your rights, submit a request via your account settings or contact us at hello@parentcompanion.app. We will respond within 30 calendar days. Full details — including our lawful bases, retention periods, and sub-processor list — will appear in the final version of this notice once reviewed by counsel.
